Our services

GurujiAstro provides AI-powered Vedic astrology services including Kundali generation, palmistry, face reading, and chat or voice consultations with astrologers. Our readings are for guidance and entertainment purposes and should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use paid services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Payments & wallet

Consultations are charged on a per-minute basis according to each astrologer's displayed rate, deducted from your in-app wallet balance. Recharge amounts and prices are shown before purchase. All charges are in the displayed currency and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

No refund policy

All payments made to GurujiAstro are final and non-refundable. This includes wallet recharges, consultation charges, reports, and any other digital service or purchase. Once a recharge is added to your wallet or a consultation has begun, the amount cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged for cash. Unused wallet balance is non-refundable but remains available for future consultations within your account. Please consult only when you are ready to proceed.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services for any illegal activity, abuse, harassment, or to mislead others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Disclaimer

Astrological guidance depends on many factors and outcomes are not guaranteed. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be used at your own discretion. GurujiAstro is not liable for any decisions you make based on the guidance provided.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
